MTOD Run Time Considerations In Addition to the Sub Run

MacTier North Bound Run Long

  • Run north to Dockmure 45 minutes

  • Run north to Dockmure 1’30” and cut Blue Lake Road.

Notes:

1.
Should trains be required to operate through the yard an additional 15 minutes will need to be included.

2.
Familiarization will be required for crews at Mactier.

3.
Please pay consideration when Run Long is contemplated for use on trains 434 and 435, as this additional time on their long trips may cause failure to meet 10 hour in/off commitment.

4.
There is no Road Access to Brginall. Northward train at Bala will require power to be taken to southend.

Please note:
This is a guideline of running times only. Various conditions, including winter operations, may require additional time to enable these run long opportunities to be successful.
