Audit Summary For 2007:
The basic
concept of communication, or its lack of, has been attributed to the cause of
many Accidents & incidents
across the
property last year. The key is that we must not assume the other members of our
crew know what we are
going to do; we
must talk about it constantly so we are all sure everyone else is on the same
page as us.
