Local Health & Safety Plan – Monthly Tracking (updates and action required)
Promote recognition of safe work performance through safe work
incentives, congratulations to
following employees for having their names drawn for working safely; Ken
MacDonald and Peter Fernyhough in Mactier, Rob Sonier for Toronto North
and Mark Edwards and Fred Pollock in Sudbury.
1)
Improved tracking of safety hazard reports and
corrective action.
2) Improve
the Property Audit resolve process using the Time and Action Calendar and A/B/C
of importance process. Manager’s to hand
out Red, Yellow or Green Card.
