accordance with the requirements of Bylaws, Section 5, Teamsters
Canada Rail Conference Bylaws, this is official notification that
the Rail Conference 2010 Convention will be held on September 21 to
23, 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Chateau Lacombe Hotel in Edmonton,
Alberta. As a reminder to Divisions submitting resolutions for
proposed changes to the TCRC Bylaws, the requirements of TCRC
Bylaws, Bylaws Section 34, are as follows :
