Donner Metals Ltd. chairman David Patterson bought 37,500 company common shares at prices ranging from 12 1/2¢ to 15¢ on Nov. 10 through Nov. 14, 2008, bringing these total holdings to 785,250 shares.

ExxonMobil Corp. sold 950,130 shares of Imperial Oil Ltd. from Nov. 10 to Nov. 14 through Roytor & Co. Exxon is Imperial's majority shareholder.

Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec bought 58,600 Teck Cominco Ltd. shares at $6.63 each on Nov. 12, 2008, bringing these total holdings to 2,728,520 shares.
