Sadly it is no surprise that company has again decided to disregard their obligations to an agreement that the TCRC negotiated in good faith. This time it is the Spence agreement. 

The TCRC will not let this most recent company attack go unchallenged. Unlike others we appreciate your extraordinary efforts and we will fight to ensure that you are made whole. #TCRCproud
